sadbrownsfan
Over 100 degrees in a car, a job interview could last an hour(or more) depending on the job and how fast the manager can see you. Yeah, I can not disagree with the state on this matter its Child Abuse.
Westside Steve
I think most people would feel that way right up to the point where they drop the charges... Unfortunately thanks to the liberal media it looks like she will be cashing in on this! WSS
sadbrownsfan
I could see reducing the charges, or going with probation instead of jail, but it would have to depend on actual facts(first offense and no other signs of neglect/abuse) of the case and not just a woman crying on T.V. DieHardBrownsFan
Shaneesa should be compensated for her arrest. Obviously racist police.
Westside Steve
She is up 90 grand thanks to a fund to help her out. At least it's not tax money. I would imagine its deductible... WSS
DieHardBrownsFan
My friends wife left her daughter in the car when she ran up to the ATM to take out money, about 10 feet from the car. A Parma cop arrested her for it. She had to go to Court and go thru some kind of family advocacy counseling and pay a fine.
sadbrownsfan
A little update on this case: http://www.azcentral.com/story/laurieroberts/2014/07/18/shanesha-taylor-deferred-prosecution/12839463/ "And so comes Montgomery's somewhat surprising decision to defer prosecution, provided she gets parenting and substance-abuse classes and sets aside some of the donations that have poured in to help her for future child-care and education expenses."
