The more info comes out, the more it seems like this was just a terrible accident. It seems like the copilot got locked out and the pilot had a medical issue. I don't imagine someone would lightly knock on the door in the beginning if it was Team Allthesnackbars In the cockpit. He said the co-pilot "voluntarily" refused to open the door, and his breathing was normal throughout the final minutes of the flight.
