And I've rediscovered a great love of David Byrne and the talking heads of late. Byrne is a weird dude but his vocals can be incredible.

If you can find a copy of The Heads' Stop Making Sense on DVD grab it... you will not be disappointed (although the Bryne-less, Weymouth led Tom Tom Club Genius of Love seems out of place) ... or your money back...

The SQ is amazing... the show is imaginative as you'd expect... and Byrne's opening, solo, acoustic rendition of Psycho Killer alone is worth the price of admission.

I've had stop making sense on cd for years

Ditto... the DVD's visual accompaniment is worth adding... I mean, ya gotta love "the big suit"...

Plus (depending on your surround SQ) the multi-channel adds a nice "being there" atmosphere...

Among the other great music of the late 1960s and early 1970s I always liked Led Zeppelin and Robert Plant.

But there were a whole lot more to pick from....unlike most crap today. ;)
