When the Browns signed him I Thought it was to mentor Manziel. Looks like Manziel could mentor McCown. No running game, no Travis Benjamin and no defense. Mccown has been in the nfl for like 11-12 years.....and except for one 8 game stretch(in an decade long career) he has been horrible. Wtf did we think we were getting? I did not want him in the first place another wasted pick. He is a gimmick QB who I wish we trade to Dallas. In the AFC North we need a QB who is TALL, STRONG ARM, and can make all the throws. I'm torn, I just don't know if this guy is motivating players and getting the most out of them on Sunday. Plus, were blowing up draft pics with guys not producing and were non-existent in free agency. So some of this blame if not the majority is on Farmer and Haslam. If Pettine is gone, open the purse up and get a coach in Cleveland that has a name (doesn't mean its an automatic turnaround) so maybe players will want to play here.
