I am okay with it.

I have no dog in the Kizer versus Mitch hunt. I saideven before camp, you don't fucking waste classroom time and rep time giving a fucking sewn-together asshole like AssOiler when you have a huge potential in Black Tarkenton.

All this demonstrates is that I am dead on that Hue Jackson doesn't fucking know what he is doing. How the fuck can you trust this dumb sonofabitch? Every fucking decision he makes blows up.

on the NFL channel - saw the show's top ten plays for the 1st exhibition week.

Kizer's TD throw was #5. That was pretty nice to see that.

Yes... more than pretty nice.................. it was ice water to a man stranded in the desert. But never mind that. Never mind that this kid is the only QB we have who can actually be the QB of the future. Never mind that he has greater physical skills than all the other jack off QBs combined.............

Let's jackoff together with Brock AssOiler. Let's not realize that you get to live once and should always reach for the stars.............Let's instead not focus on the best guy and waste camp, classroom time and snaps on a big, dumb, FogHorn Leghorn, Forrest Gump, Tim Couch/Herman Munster of a dimwit who holds on to the fucking ball too long.

WTF is this cocksucker even doing on the Browns team? What kind of a HC and GREAT MONEY BALL BRAINTRUST not only acquire this big, dumb, ree-tarded dimwit motherfucker, let alone waste 25% ofcamp and preseason letting him run the fucking team?

Hue Jackson is a fucking moron among morons.

Brock Ass Oiler, that's who won the start according to our jackoff head coach.

Fucking moron.

A great part of the reason I have achieved the success I have is exactly because of my "repeated act". Being correct is not enough. Persistence and the motivation of knowing that you are always right, is what irritates so many. I get it, you fucktards hope and pray, you make up all kinds of scenarios to convince yourself that the shit you just watched is ACTUALLY great news,

I am, to this board, to Browns fans, the equivalent of the young kid you blurted out " The King Has No Clothes".

Fucking moron.

The primary reason Brock is on the team is Cleveland essentially "bought" a second round pick at the price of his $16 million salary- something only Cleveland could afford. We can cut the guy tomorrow, and it's no loss. Keeping the Ostrich around is a minor head scratcher compared to the general amazement that Cam "turnstile" Erving continues to waste a roster spot. The guy has stunk at every o-line position they've tried him at.

And if you want to talk moron- talk about the Texans giving the Browns BOTH their first AND second round picks in 2018. They had better pray Deshawn Watson is their QBOTF- or they're screwed.

...and I STILL don't think that you hand a starting position to a player before they've earned it. Especially the most important position there is.

Does Kizer have the playbook down pat? How's he lookin' in practice compared to the others. My view from New England is obstructed. Perhaps you can see better from Memphis.

He had a nice outing with the 3's against the Saints 3's. A confidence builder for sure.

I wouldn't throw him out there with the 1's against the Giants on espn in the national spotlight unless I was QUITE sure that he was ready. There really is no need to RUSH him into it and possibly destroy the good that came from the Saints game.

Do I think that he has the most upside of all of our QB's? Well, based on the Saints game it sure looks it. He seemed to slide around in the pocket quite nicely. He made some nice throws. He threw the ball at a receiver's feet when it was called for. He looked good. But he also never seemed to look anywhere other than his first read nor did he ever look a DB off of his real target.

I understand that you don't learn how to ride a bike by sitting on the park bench watching other people pedal around. But let's not rush out there into heavy city traffic either.

Yeah...... you hand the fucking team over to the guy who is going to eventually lead it. Simple.

Key word being 'eventually'.

Let's see what your 'pal' Hue does. He's supposed to announce Monday night's starter today.

Whos to say Kizer is guaranteed to be our franchise QB? He has to earn it. Hes one of the youngest players in the NFL. He essentially played awful last year for Notre Dame. Hes had to change a lot of his mechanics. Hes had to learn a new offense AND a completely different game. If he goes out there and sucks balls, his career is all but over before it even started. Dont forget every other player on the roster is fighting every single game for their right to play in the NFL. The best players should play, hands down. Nobody wants to send a half prepared rookie out there to embarrass the coaches, players, organization, and city.

HMMMMMMM.... fake news.

Hes had to change a lot of his mechanics.

The key, ball-security change held up surprisingly well in his first action. He kept two hands on the ball even thru most of his pocket movement. The lone exception was as soon as he decided to run the ball when he left it exposed for a couple strides before tucking it away.

That said the next step... and a more difficult one it is... is to eliminate his need to pat the ball to trigger his motion. It's a tenth of a second wasted with the ball exposed.

Camp Attendees: If you can, please note if he pats the ball in drills, or if they are working on eliminating it.

One other note... I was a little surprised that his first deep ball, the one to the 1-ydline, looked to be at the limit of his arm at 57 yd in the air... and that was moving forward with everything behind the throw. Into the wind?

Yeah I noticed that too. I think the announcers made a comment about him having no trouble throwing it that far (flick of the wrist or something along those lines) and thinking that it looked to me about as far as he could throw to me. Maybe he put it at a high angle?

57 yards in the air is plenty far. Shouldn't need to be throwing passes that far very often....like the rare Hail Mary.

57 doesn't suck... especially compared to the 45's we've seen in Kess and Hoyer, but it's not quite what I was expecting... especially not the way he got behind that throw.

Yeah, it DID look like he was heaving it as far as he could.

More important than how far Kizer can throw is the fact that he should be able to get the ball downfield 15+ yards in November and December on the lakefront without it being held up by the swirling winds.

Black-eyed Peas reference?

I'm still not convinced that the Browns don't take a QB with their first pick next draft.

And there's no need to be at this point... long way to go to the 2018 Draft.

Betcha he throws it a lot farther in the air before he's done... Frankly, it looked like he was putting it in exactly the right spot, NOT just "heaving and praying"

On the 2nd deep ball... the 4th down TD pass, yes... much more "controlled" throw arriving very close to "in stride".

But the first one? No... it was muscled. And the WR had to pull up and wait on it almost letting the DB back into the play.
