This Game bores me

For whatever reason, I have like -0- interest in this national championship game. Perhaps it because it involves two teams I could care less about.

Sure, I would like to see Clemson win, as the Alabama bullshit is getting nauseating. Sorry, but in my opinion (yes, that means I have no proof...so shut the fuck up) they pack in the HGH. If Saban was such a great coach, he would have been this great at Michigan St. and LSU. He wasn't. Its why I call them East Germany.

And Clemson? They are just a "whatever" school to me. From that state South Carolina would have been a more interesting choice.

So, I will likely watch something else on TV...and just perhaps peak in from time to time to check the score. If it is really a tight game at the end I may stay tuned. Or maybe not.

Strange game until the last quarter, last few minutes, last 00:01 of the game!

.....and the invincible ALA-bama-ooops loss. :o

Plus the BUCKEYES lost to the eventual NATIONAL CHAMPIONS, I can live with that a little better now.

Mr. Self-proclaimed College Football expert not watching the national championship game. Shocker.

Of course the players take roids. Lots of players on lots of teams do. They also have 6 straight number 1 recruiting classes which means you're getting a pretty good gene pool. Couple that with an elite strength and conditioning coach and roster depth that motivates, and of course guys' veins are popping. They also have infrastructure built to win, which means the entire roid operation probably runs pretty smoothly there.

Saban won a national championship at LSU. He took over a Michigan State team that did not win a single game. It's pretty obvious that he was in for a big time rebuild, and build he did. They finished second in the top 10 his last year there. Any doubt they would have sustained that success? But yeah, total scrub.

I fucking can't stand Saban but he's a great coach. The only issue he has, as do many coaches, it's much easier imposing your will on college kids.

But did the "best game of all time ever" bore me?

....and yes Saban is a very well paid control freak.
