Every dumbass fan in the NFL should remember that one- especially YOU. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_Detroit_Lions_season & if you meant the Lions went winless twice, that's a BS trick question, that should count as correct as both #1, & #2. . Not sure what you are griping about. I didn't forget....I was the one asking the question. (maybe you meant to address Bob). And Q #1 asked "Which team went winless twice"......answer Lions. And Q#2 asked "Which 4 other current teams also had a winless season" So its not a trick question...it is qualified clearly as stating that the answers to #2 do not include the team to be named for #1. But, at least now you do get credit for answering #1......but there is still an answer to #2 not yet revealed.
The User from Cleveland
Wrong. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louisville_(NFL) Louisville Brecks and Colonels were two different franchises, who both finished winless at least once. And if you're talking about the Columbus Panhandles and Tigers. I think they're the same franchise.

And if you're talking about the Columbus Panhandles and Tigers. I think they're the same franchise. OK, first off......you disqualify yourself by looking up answers. Secondly....those Louisville teams did not play full seasons in the NFL....there were other teams as well that had winless seasons that played only 3-4 games like the Rochester Jeffersons. Columbus was what I was looking for. Maybe they were the same franchise. I was looking at their different names.

One current NFL franchise has twice in their history gone winless in a season. Which team? Detroit Lions 2008 0-16, 1942 0-11 2. Four other current NFL franchises have one time in their history gone winless in a season. Name those 4 teams. Colts 1982 0-8-1, Bucs 1976 0-14, Cowboys 1960 0-11-1, Cardinals 1943 0-10 Note, the Card-Pitt team of WWII also went 0-11....but didn't include them among the group of "current" franchises. 3. One city, which now no longer has an NFL franchise, did at some point in time have 2 NFL teams.....and both of them went winless in one season. Name that city. I had Columbus, as the Panhandles and the Tigers both went winless over a full season. In 1922 and 1925. It appears that is the same franchise with a different name. Nevertheless. Also....as pointed out....Louisville and Rochester had winless teams play in the NFL.....but those were all truncated season of like 3-4 games. 4. Since 1900, which MLB team had the worst record in a season? One of two teams could be accepted: The 1916 Philadelphia As had the worst win pct. like .235.....but the 1962 Mets lost the most game at 40-120. So, it depends on how you look at it. 5. What NFL team has the longest losing streak in history? The 1976-1977 Tampa Bay Bucs lost 26 straight. (next those 07-08-09 Lions lost 18 straight) 6. What year did the Browns have their worst record? 1999.....2-14 7. Since 1999 the Browns have had one season in which they ranked #32 in scoring offense in a season. What year was that? 2005. But note of the Browns 15 worst ranked offensive seasons in their history.....13 of them have come since 1999. 1990 was one of the other, then one year in the 70s probably with Phipps at QB. 8. What team has had the #1 overall pick in the draft the most times? The Colts....between B-more and Indy have had it 7 times. (Rams 6 times, Bucs, Bills, Pats 5 times. Yes, historically the Pats are actually one of the shittiest teams in history) 9. A. How many times have the Browns had the #1 pick in the draft? 3 times B. Name the years and the players they took. 1954 QB Bobby Garrett (played in 9 NFL games) 1999 Tim Couch, 2000 Courtney Brown 10. What team has the lowest all time winning pct.? The Tampa Bay Buccaneers .385 11. What 2 teams share the longest all time home losing streak? The Rams and the Cowboys each had a 14 game home losing streak. 12. What team has the worst all time post season win pct? The Cincinnati Bengals who are 5-13 for a .278 win/lose pct. 13. What team holds the record for the most consecutive non-winning seasons (.500 or below) The New Orleans Saints went 20 years from 1967 to 1986. They had 18 losings seasons and two .500 seasons.
