hoorta
hahahahahahaaa....4-2...hahahahaaa.....you very funny person....hahahahahaaaa Losing out- and it's possible- will ensure the #1 pick in 2016. This is part of the plan. Pettine said it's a bottom line business- and his bottom is about to get sent packing.
Flyin J
God please no....Lets drop like 8 spots in the draft for some pointless wins. Every year is different, and 4 meaningless wins this year do nothing for our chances next except hurt em by bringing in less talented players we would have a chance at if wed lost em. Hell the only way I can justify the way weve been playing is thats whats going on haha.

Hell the only way I can justify the way weve been playing is thats whats going on haha. We haven't had a lot of luck drafting at the top anyways. And I know I've asked this before....but other than if we're drafting a QB, does it really make a difference if we draft 4th or 8th? I don't think there is that much difference between the 4th best college player and the 8th best college player.
Flyin J
well right now its 1st to 8th, and yeah generally theres a lot of difference. And its not just the first round, its that 7 pick (at least) difference every round.

Opal312
Browns are tied with: Dallas, Detroit, Tennessee, Baltimore, with two wins. I think that's all of them. We're being projected to have the #3 pick in the draft. Can we get Bosa?
lodilobo
Yes!...that's what we need!....the #1 pick in the draft!...because we are damn good at picking players in the draft. Message to Haslam: No changes?...there will be one noticeable change.....an empty stadium.

Pettine said it's a bottom line business- and his bottom is about to get sent packing. What would the first pic possibly do for us? Mel Kiper will decide which mediocre quarterback will be the savior of whatever team pick him up. And unless weven can dupe someone into trading multiple pics for that... cvcanedy
Unless something changes we are not going qb with the first pick, whether it's 1 or 8 or whatever.

Mark O
4 and 2 is at least an optimistic view. better than the hang yourself in the laundry room posts here lately. I don't see us losing again this season. We will win the next 6 to finish 8-8 and just miss out on a WC spot and we'll all go back and blame the defense for giving up 33 points to a shitty Chargers team in week 4. Browns149
As long as the people picking the players are not changed, what does it matter where we pick? they will mess up the first round no matter if it's 1st or 8th

It looks bleak as hell, but I want to see wins. Rooting for a higher/better draft pick position is something I just can't do.
