THE BROWNS BOARD

This Week in the AFC North

Zombo

Recommended Posts

Another great week for the Great Zomboni as he went 3-1 in the division and told you that Michael Vick would go out and embarrass himself, before he actually went out and embarrassed himself.

This week, another Inter-divisional bash, another shot for TGZ to finally predict Cincy losing, and another chance for Michael Vick to embarrass himself.

If you have murdered dogs, set your city on fire, or drive to Kentucky to catch a plane ... Great Zomboni does not see good things for you this week.

Cleveland at Baltimore Sunday, 1:00 PM

The Browns are promising a "fired up" defensive performance this week, and Baltimore might be the team to deliver it against. With the ageless Steve Smith out, Flacco is lacking some weapons and may have to force some throws ... look for the Browns to get their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th interceptions of the year and continue the offensive growth under McCown. BROWNS 24 RAVENS 10

Seattle at Cincinnati Sunday, 1:00 PM

Going to give the Bungles their due ... they have kept it together so far, but this Seattle team is my Super Bowl favorite and they are just starting to roll. The defense is starting to look familiar, and Russel Wilson won't have to run for his life as much with punishing Marshawn Lynch expected back in the lineup. SEAHAWKS 27 BUNGLES 19

Pittsburgh at San Diego 8:30 PM, Monday Night Football

As much as the NFL tries to help the Steelers, giving them a West Coast trip on a Monday Night after a Thursday Night (who else gets two bye weeks?), the fact is, this is just not a very good football team this year. And now with Vick ... it is a downright laughable one. Rivers will carve up the Steeler pass D, and no way does the Vick-led offense keep up. CHARGERS 37 STEELERS 13

Couldn't agree more Z.

Time for one of the toothless inbred hillbillies to chime in. . .

When should we be expecting your sister to post? I'd like to be here for her inbred insight.

Their Airport is in Kentucky. You don't actually visit Oho when you fly through Cincy.

And I'll stll take the Hawks without Lynch.

Week 4 Results ... Prev ... This .. YTD

Straight-up ........... 9-3 ..... 3-1 ... 12-4

Vs. the spread ..... 8-4 ..... 4-0 ... 12-4

Seattle @ Cincinnati (-2.5)

Simply too much team in Cinci. Yes, there's an implosion coming, but have to inflate the balloon a little bit more first.

Prediction: CIN 20 SEA 13

Pittsburgh @ San Diego (-3.0)

No Ben? No chance... but the Steelers' new kicker hits 4 FGs.

Prediction: SD 41 PTG 19

Cleveland @ Baltimore (-6.5)

Before the season I called BLT the worst team in the AFCN... and they've lost personnel to injury since then.

Complete team effort ensures that this game will not come down to the last play.

Prediction: CLE 30 BLT 16

Bungle fans start printing SB tickets after they edge the SeaHags.

Squealers run Bell into the ground beating the Chargers.

"In Internet slang, a troll (/ˈtroʊl/, /ˈtrɒl/) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or UPSETTING people, by posting INFLAMMATORY, EXTRANEOUS, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog) with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion,[3] often for their own amusement." -from your link

You deliberately tried to insult his sister, your statement was clearly inflammatory, and by your link, you are a internet troll. You proved my point for me, thanks!

Not having Lynch hurt the Seahawks. Without him controlling the ball through the run, Cincy had like 40 minutes of possession time in that game.....and they were able to come back.

Maybe, but Rawls still killed us. They had 200 yards rushing as a team. A healthy Lynch might have made a difference at the end, but who knows? He seems to be slowing down... Which isn't unheard of for an aging RB.

Regardless, I'm happy we escaped with a win regardless of how it was accomplished. lol
