miket12
I'm taking my Dad to a game and we've never been. He never gets to go so I don't mind spending a little bit more money...does anyone have any thoughts on the outer Club level sections (like 305, 312, 330 etc) vs the Lower Level Sideline (108/109 and 134/133). I'd like to give him the best experience possible, and would appreciate any advice Thanks, Mike
brownsfan99
Absolutely positively go with the lower level sideline. For the club seats you get a padded seat that is about 2 inches wider. In very bad weather, it is nice to have the ability to go inside to stay dry/warm. For the extra cost associated with the club seats, it just is not worth it. Maybe if the club seats included food/beer like they do at the Indians games. But for Browns games, you still have to pay full price for everything & it is simply not worth it. However, for the game day experience & to watch the game. anywhere in the lower level between the 30's should be awesome. I don't like sitting real close to the field. Anything above rows 10-15 is ideal for me as you get a better perspective of the plays as they develop. Being right on top of the field, you will not have the same abilities.....Just my $.02. ballpeen
My .02cents is the opposite. I sit in 330 and think it is worth every dime.
brownsfan99
If you are paying face value, I'd much rather sit in Section 108/109 on the fifty yard line for $85. As opposed to sitting in the clubs which start at $126 around the goal line and goes up to nearly $300 per seat at the fifty yard line. Sorry, I'd rather be closer to the midfield, closer to the action, & have that extra money to do whatever you want.........Again, to each their own. hoorta
My .02cents is the opposite. I sit in 330 and think it is worth every dime. I disagree. I've sat in the clubs several times- for 3X the money, you get better food, bars, restrooms, and a heated spot behind the stands if it's cold. Not worth it, IMHO. Especially the last couple rows of Club seats- unless you don't want to ever bother bringing rain gear to a game. I won't argue the first three rows of clubs between the 30s are totally awesome- but they also have an awesome price tag. I'll take the last 3 rows between the 30s lower deck anytime. $85 face value, out of the weather, and I can knock on the floor of the owner's box. ballpeen
It isn't about agreeing and disagreeing. He asked for an opinion. Me, I like the better food options, the better bars, conditioned air one can retreat to if it is hot or cold, and from what I can tell it is a more courteous crowd. For the most part, this is my tailgate spot as I plan on being in there as soon as the gates open.
