There you go. Don't get me wrong, pissing on a grave is pretty fucked up but at least there was no chance of bodily harm.

the guy that got caught pissing on modell's grave goes by clevelandfan4life.

my own investigative tactics.

The NFL is a clownshow no more no less. I would love to hear someone from the FO explain why Terrell Pryor selling his own fucking property in college before he was in the NFL...warranted 5 games. Yet uppercutting your wife to the jaw in a vegas casino gets you 2 games? I mean look..to be perfectly honest Ray Rice shouldn't get any kind of suspension from the NFL..it ain't their business. Just like Josh Gordon taking a non performance enhancing substance or Terrell Pryor bartering for tattoos shouldn't get a minute suspension either. Ray Rice should be in jail, that's a fact. But that's not the NFL's business. I have zero clue how Ray Rice is not in jail. I get it that often battered women don't press charges and there's nothing law enforcement can do without the wife's consent. But often if they have their own proof they will go ahead and press charges regardless of what the wife does. This would seem to fall into that category with the whole video tape and all. Was the elevator tape ever released? I know the police have it and said it clearly shows him jaw jacking her. So wtf? If anyone of us punched a woman like that and it was on tape...the fuck you think would happen?

The ho dissed him.

I'm sure it has something to do with Gordons umpteenth offense but ........yeah  Not to mention, king Roger is a Ravens fan.

Yeah- two game suspension- guess who they play week 3? The Browns.

well we now know that gordon did a 2 week rehab stint soon after his DUI offense and will undoubtably use this to bolster his appeal.

if he can convince someone that the missed test wasn't his fault, there's a REAL shot at not missing the whole year, i mean you knock a bitch out and drive drunk (a lot more than .01 over the limit) and get nabbed at the airport with weapons and still stay on the field...........so.

Let me start by saying Rice's suspension is CLEARLY too low. I understand the circumstances but it still should at least be 4 games. However, I don't look at that go 'man Josh Gordon is getting screwed by the system' either. As much as myself or any Browns want JG on the field, maybe taking time off is the best thing for him. Maybe serving that a lofty suspension coupled with what I assume will be a 1-2 year, small contract with void options everywhere will shake him up and realize he needs to fly straight. So again, Rice got it easy but Gordon consistently, and by his own dumb fault, has broken NFL rules.

Speaking of suspension inconsistencies...

Ravens sign Will Hill who is facing a 2014 6-game suspension for league substance abuse policy violation.

Which follows a 2013 4-game suspension for league substance abuse policy violation.

Which follows a 2012 4-game suspension for league PED violation.

Which follows a 2011 FSU suspension for a positive marijuana test...

And Josh is facing a year?

Am I missing something here?

isn't this josh's 3rd (substance abuse)?

I thought the count was at 3...

Marijuana in college...

Substance (codeine) in NFL...

Substance (unspecified) in NFL... and still may be a technical violation, e.g., missed test.

Did I forget one? There was no test I know of as a result of the "I-was-speeding-it-was-my-buddy's-weed" episode.

The latest DWI ultimately falls under the personal conduct policy.

I think the codeine was second nfl offense. The first one, non PED, they keep quiet, it's not until you have two that they start disciplining.

So if Puffy is going to be suspended for a significant amount of time and the NFL hasn't told the Browns yet, then right now, he is taking reps away from another player that is going to have to step up this season to help fill his absence................ Like I said earlier, it's total bullshit how the NFL is handling this in regards to the Browns.

Reports said Josh was working with the 3's today...

That's great to hear. Hopefully the Browns are "unofficially" well aware of what the NFL is going to do, and putting Puffy with the 3's won't take a single rep from one of the other guys that matter.

whatever they suspend him for is how long he should go to rehab for. 8 games = 6 months. a year = a year. and if the browns are going to back him up as to not lose his talent then it's time for some type of chaperone program.....or something.

Gordon’s appeal focuses on disparity between “A” and “B” bottle tests

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/07/29/gordons-appeal-focuses-on-disparity-between-a-and-b-bottle-tests/

For Gordon, the “A” bottle showed a concentration of 16 ng/ml, only one nanogram per milliliter above the limits of 15. The “B” bottle showed a concentration of 13.6 ng/ml — less than the threshold.

But because the “A” bottle was labeled “A” and not “B” and because the “B” bottle was labeled “B” and not “A”, the end result is a positive and a minimum one-year banishment from the NFL. Flip the bottles when it’s time to apply the labels, and Gordon isn’t facing a suspension.

It actually looks like Gordon may have a legitimate Case here . . . this really could be the result of second hand smoke at these levels.

FYI - I've seen that 50ng is the limit for Air Traffic Controllers, NFL is looking at 15ng ?

There are talks about the NFL limit change due to facts like this and other Sports/Career fields having different levels.

The disparity between the two samples itself raises questions.

Throw in 70 passed tests at up to 10 tests per month . . . this is the NFL though, and some of their decisions are head scratchers.

I think Gordon has some behavior issues he needs to address, but in this Case it's looking like he may just be hanging with the wrong crowd.

I remember back in the day when piss tests just started in the Military. I was an MAA and at the beginning we did piss tests illegal as hell. It was supposed to be 'random' but we knew pretty much who the druggies were. So our legal officer would walk down a formation and 'pick' every 8th man or whatever. We got a first class (E-6) for marijuana. Now understand, in the military you pop positive one time and you are kicked out with an OTH (Other then Honorable) discharge. He claimed to have eaten a pasta dinner at his neighbors house and unknowingly to him, she put a secret ingredient of some pot in it. The CO Didn't buy it.

it sounds good and even seems like a good idea...idealistic, but not reality. not in the United States. no one over 18 could legally be subjected to that treatment without violating their rights.

due to accursed personal freedoms and that bill of rights bullshit B) we are forced to allow the young man free will...and all the rope he needs to hang himself.

as we watch intently. :D

I like this comment from the article

"He should have just punched the drug tester unconscious, then he would be able to play this season."

If that story is true . . . Damn it's dumb

Dude's had some bad luck barely fails the test, barely fails breathalyzer. Maybe he's actually not the hopeless druggie we all thought he was. Still keep some better company man.
