Zombo Posted November 26, 2014 Report Share Posted November 26, 2014 OK, The Great Zomboni has decided to take a crack at the NFC and give out some unsolicited advice on who to pick for the three Turkey Bowl matchups: Chicago at Detroit 12:30 PM I love the early game ... with the turkey cooking, maybe a glass a wine on the easy chair ...ahhh. I am guilty of being sucked in by Cutler sometimes, I always have Chicago rated a little better than they are just cause I like their raw talent. Detroit is another team that doesn't always play up to their talent. I see this one as a real dogfight, Chicago won't give it up easily, but will misfire in the end. Still, take Chicago and the points, and don't get full on snacks before the Big Meal. LIONS 30 BEARS 27 Philadelphia at Dallas 4:30 PM This is the game I don't remember much about. Start mingling with relatives, eat dinner, then you look at the score, who give's a shit anyway ... it's Dallas. I'm thinking the Cowpokes are little overrated this year and the The Sanchize steals a holiday moment and Philly seizes control of the division. Eagles not only cover, but win straight up. Enjoy some Pumpkin Pie with an exciting finish ... or even my favorite, Lemon Meringue. EAGLES 34 COWBOYS 30 Seattle at San Francisco 8:30 PM The Unbuckled Pants Game. This is a good one to watch especially if the womenfolk have OD'd on tryptophan and are going to leave you alone for three hours. For all the crap we hear about dissention in SF, they still look like a damn good football team to me. Bears 30 Lions 16 Cowboys are overrated Philly wins. Chip Kelly's is a better coach than Garret. Seahawks win this in a close one. Now if only Richard Sherman would shut up!
