No fear tactics from those that support Brexit?

No outlandish shit like "Satan supports it so you better not" - at least from what I saw.

It's great for them, get the ridiculous regulations that have killed the industry out, stop paying in way more than the EU gives you, stop having shadowy figure in charge of trade and other decisions.

Plus, of course, the immigration issue which probably drove people more so than the other issues.

The people of the United Kingdom have exercised the sacred right of all free peoples. They have declared their independence from the European Union and have voted to reassert control over their own politics, borders and economy. A Trump Administration pledges to strengthen our ties with a free and independent Britain, deepening our bonds in commerce, culture and mutual defense. The whole world is more peaceful and stable when our two countries – and our two peoples – are united together, as they will be under a Trump Administration.

Come November, the American people will have the chance to re-declare their independence. Americans will have a chance to vote for trade, immigration and foreign policies that put our citizens first. They will have the chance to reject today’s rule by the global elite, and to embrace real change that delivers a government of, by and for the people. I hope America is watching, it will soon be time to believe in America again.

I think it's also racist to say all muslims are Brown people, I haven't seen anybody saying that.

It's an ideology, not a race. The third-world war torn cultures combined with the ideology are particularly dangerous.

Nobody really has BB. It's just more left-wing fiction that unfortunately passes as news. (and people like Woody gobble it up like the pornstar at the end of a stag film) Frankly I don't care what color the terrorists are who are beheading and murdering thousands upon thousands of innocent people are.

It's not going to be as bad as people are making it out to be - it's still going to be a long process to leave the EU anyway.

Shit is pretty hectic here, yes. I'm not in trading so not so much for me but it's all hands on deck everywhere.

Blackest day in my country's history.

Anyway, here goes:

when the government says shit like "Isis would support brexit" then you know which side you should be on - not the one that uses fear tactics to keep the gravy train rolling.

Terror groups are trying to spread fear and divide civilisation. To that end, exiting the UK is furthering their goals. With regards to using fear, there was plenty of both sides. It was a dirty fight. See the Brexit poster on top and actual nazi propoganda on the bottom:

The regulations will stay - our exports are overwhelmingly to the EU, and you cannot export there without meeting the regulations. Companies are going to make EU-approved versions for export and UK-only versions? Unlikely.

We pay in, net, around £130m per week. The FTSE is closing down around 3.2%, meaning about £50bn wiped off of the exchange - and that's only the top 100 companies. So £130m per week better off? Only about 7 years before we break even then. And that's just one day. But hey, who cares about that, and causing the single worst day of trading since the recession.

People are scared of the migrant crisis and they're scared of Turkey joining the EU.

There's lots of other problems with the EU, but regardless this is the first step to Making Great Britain Great Again

Turkey has been applying to join since before I was born. There is a list of around 30-35 criteria for a country to meet before they can join, and Turkey in the last thirty years has met one. One. There's no prospect of Turkey joining the EU any time soon.

Anyway, the point is moot, lunacy has won the day, and for the first time ever, I am ashamed of my country.
