The EU officials pay a flat tax and are free from economic consequences, but they make decisions that affect you. The "culturual enrichment" that the EU is pushing so hard is the biggest reason why Brexit will pass, though. I know the younger people are happy to pull out the bigot card and say the old fogies are just afraid of change - but I mean who would want to see more and more ghettos pop up throughout their cities full of people who don't assimilate and support extremism, or have their daughters raped, and sure - people want to be proud of their country still - EU countries like to squash nationalist ideas as much as possible.
