Count me among the most surprised to see amazing stuff happening in the Rust Belt..... Yes after a long and somewhat painful evolution it is happening thanks to forces as diverse as the RNC and LBJ. I mean, during the times that people thought/think it was at its worst...70s/80s it had perhaps the best local rock n roll thing going in the country. And what is more cool than rock n roll?
