  1. i won't attempt to relate it Ernie it doesn't. but it is drama and i won't apologize. when a person's constitutional rights get violated and they are denied due process by being murdered unjustifiably in the street in cold blood, it should deem some attention. if only one person has sympathy, it was entitely worth posting. Z, H, M...(mods) it's your Board and you can move it if you please but in the meantime Ernie or anyone else it's your right to call it shit and ignore it. in which case you exemplify the very apathy that is such a huge part of why are losing our country. this isn't a guilt trip. this isn't normal news. in fact it's an incident that's not even being reported. wanna execute me for piggybacking off Johnny Drama? i did it, yes i took liberties. no i don't think i'm special. i just think this one time it was worth it. no one woulda seen it in the barbershop or wherever. is it really gonna kill ya to read something irrelevant to the Browns for 20 seconds?
  2. mik it's ok if you wanna act publicly like what i shared by pm with you last time you spoke up didn't open your eyes a lil. it's also ok if you don't realize the magnitude of what an assertion of federal power like this means to America based upon the lack of mainstream news on the incident. summary: man and passengers inform state police they are proceeding to a prearranged meeting with the Sheriff. in a section of highway with no cell coverage they come upon a bad intentioned surprise roadblock after a big turn in the road (following several long straightstretches more appropriate for aforementioned roadblock) as shots are fired at the moving vehicle, and upon averting collision slamming into a snowbank an L sweep ambush formation comes out of the woods and shoots a man with his hands high in the air. a man who is known to carry a revolver who doesnt reach for a weapon is shot with his hands high in the air, while exiting and stepping away from his vehicle filled w his passengers drawing potential gunfire away from them repeatedly pleading "shoot ME". shit would certainly hit the fan if his revolver is not on him but thankfully for you mik a loaded 9mm semi auto is found near his person as he lay dead in the street (snow). watch the cell phone video taken during the chase...and cringe. comments on this video page were disabled a few hours ago due to all the govt shills being outed. no matter what you say they fucked up. if it wasn't premeditated homicide, it was at minimum gross negligence. regardless of his reputation the man was shot unarmed and denied due process. being a vet you of all people should actually care about this one if there's even a remote possibility of truth to it. i get that this is a Browns Board but everyone deserves due process. EVERYONE. it's what vets fight/fought for. i don't care if he wanted to start a revolution in a pink bra married to his sister, Lavoy deserved better than this.
  3. haha i'm still wondering if he clears wavers if he is eligible for the practice squad. i don't want to celebrate too prematurely. losing our other guys is making celebrating tough, at least at the moment. plus i've been pretty caught up in the Lavoy Finicum assassination lately...
  4. wasn't it 7 + 7 passing TDs and 1 rushing = 15 TDs? to 12 INTs? the meme wasn't funny enough to me to overlook the mistakes.
  5. Lol end of an error gave me a hearty chuckle. is he eligible for practice squad? or too many starts?
  6. Chris, pardon my forwardness but, aren't you a Brit? where phys ed is essentially boxing class as opposed to the essentially worthless gym class (we have in my opinion) in the States? why would you describe UFC 196 as Neanderthal? are you one of those boxing elitists? **wags finger** to be a fan of wonderfully barbaric american football and then say UFC is Neanderthal-esque is rather curious. my interest is legitimately piqued. please, indulge me. ps disregard if i'm mistaken and you are not from the UK and/or you are aware nearly every human alive has Neanderthal dna. also feel free to disregard if you hail from that rainforest pygmy tribe that are the only humans currently on Earth that don't have Neanderthal dna. or if MMA fighters killed your family or simply burned your village. thanks in advance for your reply. ???
  7. maybe Josh just wanted to see some fights and would rather sit beside Von and Johnny than you and i? how is that dumb? it's like concessions are being made because it was MMA.
  8. ?? i was there gold circle and never saw them--my homey Leister Bowling cornered the Elevation guys and we had insane access. i haven't seen the broadcast but my friend watched and said they never saw them either. maybe they just behaved and we just missed them. at the very least it appears nothing bad seems to have happened...so that's a positive.
  9. actually they do it all the time. most will hand em out like candy at a parade, cuz if there was just cause and they did not grant it?? epic lawsuit. so they grant anything w potential and sort it out later. a TPO as Gipper labeled, or temporary protective order, is put in place based on testimony alone without any true evidence. basically all you have to do is fill out ppwk, wait to see a Judge and say the magic words "i fear for my life" and BAM you got it. in and out in under an hour in most cases in most places. then, a permanent hearing is set typically 10-14 days or so later. that hearing will decide if there was sufficient grounds to issue the TPO in the first place, and if so the order is made permanent with opportunity to ammend the conditions. if the alleged "victim" who filed doesn't show up for the PPO hearing it usually expires and the order is then revoked. it's definitely a very effective way for malicious scumbag liars to really screw w someone. you can easily wreck someones life pretty badly. and things usually snowball from there. it can also buy you a couple weeks to let things calm down. BUT, if the victim reports the defendent contacted them while the TPO is in place, it typically gets really fucking bad quick. without any due process at all, either a bench warrant or a pick up warrant is issued and next thing you know the person is in jail awaiting the chance to defend themselves against the accusations. so, you bond out and get some representation (cuz now it's a criminal matter). too bad it's way too easy to fraudulently show a record of someone calling you nowadays. there are tons of apps like bluffmycalldotcom that allow you to choose how ur caller ID shows up to the person you are calling. get the TPO, make the fake call to yourself posing as them, print the "evidence" or show them your phone's call log and contact the police. show em your temporary order and the call record (they won't dispute, there is absolutely nothing in place to stop this from happening to you at any time) pile on a bit that said person uses or deals drugs, hates cops, owns weapons, thinks this whole thing is a joke etc etc. whalah! instant trainwreck. so, you take a plea and thousands of dollars later you are just finishing up your anger mgt classes and halfway through your probation. the appeal window after the Protection order hearings is tiny, like 10-15 days, and trying to overturn the TPO by arguing it did not have sufficient grounds to be granted in the first place (no TPO to begin with means no TPO to violate) can be incredibly difficult. also, it is a civil order, not a lot of lawyers will take these types of cases due to the layers and detailed work involved appeaing. also, you usually cannot present any new info. there is a lot of work involved in these cases and it gets expensive fast. most folks are unsuccessful or they just take a plea and grind thru it. i know enough about the process to write the above, because it literally happened to me. still, i am no expert. having said that, imo Ms. Coleen Crowley seems coached to me. she knows what she's doing, scarily so, and that's rare knowledge to acquire among people her age. there is almost no penalty or retaliation from the courts even if you lie and they figure it out. your option is essentially filing totally separate civil suit against the victim for the hassle etc. it's a losing situation for the accused, bad shit all around. very easy to get, very hard to overcome.
  10. no one can tell/show/make another person stop until they are ready to. seeing examples first-hand may help (doubtful) but no one can change anyone else. ever. addict tendencies and urges are unimaginably hard for addicts to resist. ive seen a teacher duck under her desk rl quick and drink hand sanitizer w a full class nearby, a hookers knowingly service an hiv john to get her crack loot, a woman smoking a cig through the traech tube in her neck...not singling out females i just havent personally seen men do these things but i'm sure they do all this and worse as well. to an addict awareness should be enough, but it almost never is. they allow it to happen. the consciously make that decision to cave and use, give in to it. to stop it's like something has to click. most who get out may have seen the light for years, but somehow get fed up and make that decosion to stop and that's it. some need full support long term, like pedophiles, others get lucky and say "no fucking more!!" and escape thru disgust. sometimes becoming a parent or getting pregnant is the catalyst for quitting. but none, ever stops until they themselves choose to. that girl is like Josh Gordon's buddy, always around when Johnny gets hemmed up. is she the one with his heartbeat tattoo on her? a restraining order against her is step 1, regardless of NFL or anything else in his life. that's certain.
  11. how good would he have to be to put up with it? not even with 5 layers of saran wrap completely covering over your mouth? wait, never mind. i did it again...wrong website.
  12. "my name is Aggie Rubenstein, and i'm addicted to manziel..." "Hi Aggie..."
