TexasAg1969
Thanks Topdawg- dead tired from getting back at 2am from A&M - Rice game. Grandson still thinks I need to be up by at least 7am. LOL
tiamat63
Just got back. Still pretty drunk, but a great time. Kruger, Dansby and Gipson are off to probowl starts. Especially the former 2. Playing possessed. I'll go into my kind of thought process and detail when I'm a bit more sober. Good win, go Browns! miktoxic
the nfl is a bitch. only people that make money on it are the bookies. who was going to have a great game and who was going to get rolled over today? phillip rivers threw his balls all over the chins of the seahawks secondary making them wonder what a rusty straubb was. everybody's golden boy kaep just laid an egg. the buffallo bills are 2 and 0. AND the browns with an UDFA QB busted up a perennial playoff team, who many had picked as a super bowl contender. next time you doubt anything browns go ask ray farmer what it's like to be a scout and i hope he knocks you out thinking of the days he was molested in the woods. htownbrown
I am proud for what this team did at the end of the game. I think Lanning actually won this game. If we make the xp we probably never would have been aggressive enough to get in field goal range, ran the clock down, punted, and probably went to OT. As it turns out he brought the best out of this offense that, hopefully, will go a long way on building their confidence to stay at that level from here on out. htownbrown
Not a game ball, but a coupon for a free breakfast at Hardees, maybe? I also thought the kick to the head against the Steelers might of gotten a fire lit under the team as well.
brnfan16
Going for it on 4th and 1? A TD pass? Is this the Browns I'm watching? Not only was that a statement of the new coaching, how about on the last gasp drive of game on a 4th and 6. Make it or game over, and then completing the drive to win the game! Gonna be exciting to see what Mike comes up with for the Ravons this Sunday...

Zombo
I sure hope Browns fans can grade Mitchell Schwartz a little better than D- this week since we gave up one sack for 2 yards and pounded the rock again this week. Zombo
tiamat63
So far he's been solid. Hoyer almost walked himself into the 1st qtr sack from Gallette. That's not on Schwartz.
tiamat63
Kirksey was assigned to rotate underneath Graham on the fade for the first TD. He got There way late peaking back at Brees. And true to form, Breesy looked there the whole way.
tiamat63
Backside contain is an issue. Several times we align to the offenses strength and blow the tackle. Sheard is guilty of this twice now.
tiamat63
And these rookie running backs are damn good at pass blocking. Crowell especially. I can see why the coaching staff has such confidence in them.

tiamat63
Alex Mack is a god damn monster in this system. Gets the NT on the ground and gets to the second level in a hurry. Shwartz as well. A much better run blocker than pass protector.
miktoxic
muffing? haven't had a good 'muffing' in a while. hehe.
tiamat63
Kruger really isn't a natural bending from the stand up 9 tech. He has issues getting under a tackles pads and getting through the inside shoulder. He's so much better with a hand in the ground and it's not even close to enough to compare.
