hoorta
I understand they have 5 days starting from Thursday. So we should know if they will or will match by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. If I know anything about tightwad Mike Brown, there's no way he's going to match. BTW nice link Bermeck.

DieHardBrownsFan
He's the guy that did this and I dare say caused a few beers to be thrown at TVs http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-cant-miss-plays/0ap1000000062657/WK-2-Can-t-Miss-Play-Hawkins-busts-it-open Yep. John.R.Brown1968
Edelman re-signs with Pats, so hopefully Bungles blink on Hawkins. Zombo Was just thinking that now the Bungles will announce they're keeping Hawkins. Hell, then we can just make a push for Sanders.
jcam222
Nope Sanders signed with Broncos. Cincy can really screw us now
cambridgeho
We wont get screwed, we can just draft Jared Abbrederis in the 3rd as our slot guy.

bermeck08
midnight tonight.... down here- still saying they wont re-sign him who knows If he does end up a Brown, should be productive...hoyer can hopefully spread the wealth - take the pressure off gordon either way...i still want best WR at that 26th (or whatever the second pick is)....browns better capitalize on great trade - hasnt been many good trades lately. Need to make this one stick Bermeck (march madness...the New Year's Eve party for non-drinkers...amateur hour)

CLEinCHI
I really like Hawkins, guy runs like he is being controlled with joysticks Leaves our draft needs as (in no particular order) ILB #2 WR#2 OG CB#2 QB

Zombo
Benjamin is his back up I think Benjie is Gordon's back up. He's a deep route guy, not a slot guy. Zombo
bermeck08
We welcome baby hawk to the Cleveland Browns ! our owner streamlined the org chart, our GM pulled the trigger on some FA's, and we said goodbye to weeds & Cambell now let's draft our ass off ! bermeck ( bring on the Costner flick, wtf )

bonedawg
Love this. Browns making moves taking a piece away from the Bungles, the Steelers doing fuck all except getting older. The Ratbirds got Steve Smith but have Joe "got paid now I don't give a fuck" Flacco throwing to him and Ray Rice is going downhill and too busy punching bitches at casinos. Kosar_For_President
Cincy has more than the Browns, fucking cheap asses. Give it to Harlem, he's spending.
Mr. Make-Believe
... Don't know how I feel about this signing. We'll see how it turns out. But it seems to me to be a lot of money for a slot receiver and kind of a weasel way to go about it. I hope there's something special about him that I'm missing. Or that the plan with him in it makes sense when the dust settles after the draft.
PoeticG
We have Gordon now who is our #1. We have Little penciled in the #2 until we upgrade through the draft. We have Hawkins who looks to be the sure handed slot guy that gets yac(this is replacing Bess essentially). We have Benjamin whom I hope is able to recover from his injury enough to compete. But he is the take the top off the defense guy #4. It's rounding out pretty well. Still, I'd like a #2 like Watkins, Evans or Benjamin.
