so good luck in 2010 to the Pittsburgh Steelers Browns Board fan faction! i hope you enjoy the season, but also know that i'm secretly still rooting for my Browns to beat the Rats and Stripes worse than you can.

cheers!

I will NEVER root for the Steelers, Steelers fans. or anything from that shit-hole called Pittsburgh. Their team can rot in Hell. Go Brownies!

No idea, he's a monster. If he can work his way in to a rotation this year he an Mendenhall are going to totally abuse defenses. We'll than have the Tank at Full Back and Moore spelling occasionally. The Steelers have done really well over the last 3 days. Totally happy with how things have come down.

That's funny because they are getting a below average rating from most pundits. Even the Pittsburgh media is unhappy generally with this draft.

Pouncey, Dwyer and Gibson were good picks/value. The rest is sub par. You only can start two OLB's if I'm not mistaken.

By the way: Frank the Tank wont be doing S**T this year or any other......

Micheal lombardi said worilds was the best 2nd day pick in the entire draft and *cough* matt millen said he was the steal of the entire draft. Emmanuel sanders looks like a mike wallace clone. In addition check the bowl game stats for antonio brown.

Edit: brown was the mac special teams player of the year two years straight.

I would rather see cincy and baltimore in the afc championship game then see the steelers have a winning season. I don't hate those teams they just happen to be in our division. And I root for both when they play pittsburgh. I root for any team that plays pittsburgh. xxxx that whole organization and its fan base of fat, toothless, mountain people.

He drops because he is just as talented in the buffet line as he is in the backfield. He came into GT camp last season over 20 pounds his playing weight during the year, which by the way was not the playing weight that the staff wanted him at! The guy has a discipline problem, or should I say a dish-again prolem. Could be bad news when the tailgates fire up on gameday and he never makes it to the locker room!

Ravens are my pick to go to the Super Bowl. Defense is going to be stout as always, but they added Anquan Boldin, Donte Stallworth and have never had WR's for Flacco. I think they win 12 games and are my pick to go the distance, as much as I hate to say it.

Watch him plow Chris Cook (the Vikings took him #34 overall this year) 5 yards back, into the turf. How does a player like this drop out of the 4th?

While Good speed , He has shown little in the way of quickness and Production may be attributed to G Techs unidirectional Offense (Triple option) Thats the basics of a scouting report I read. Quite Possibly Good Goal-line back

Casey Hampton also had a weight problem and look what he's done with his time in the league. He's also in the best shape of his career heading in to this season. I know why he fell but I don't believe anyone expected him to be there in the 6th round. Great value that late if you ask me.

He was that fast with those kind of jukes and power at 20 pounds over wieght? That makes the pick that much better. Money motivates. Apparently, he easily won the starting job and led the ACC in rushing as a junior without putting much effort into it. When millions of dollars become invloved and he gets motivated to try to win the goalline role and possibly become the #2 back, he will be that much better. He was only a 6th round pick so he knows he is at risk of getting cut if he doesn't produce. As little as 5 monthes ago he was a 1st or 2nd round prospect. He didn't do great at the combine which hurt his stock. From his college highlights, just putting effort into improving will make him a very dangerous compliment to Mendenhal. He turns 21 in the last week of July, he is a young, raw talent with amazing potential; certainly worth the risk of a 6th round pick.

....And if he can't control his weight problem, we could always grill steaks in the back of the endzones to get him in there.

temporary truce, bigger fish to fry.

and we need the support. i don't want the bengals to taste victory before us and certainly not the ravens AGAIN.

I'm an equal opportunity hater...as in I hate all of them.

What's to gain from your little game of pattycake? We beat them once in 9 years and you think the shit we've dealt with all that time is ok now?

xxxxin weak....

I tip my hat to the Steelers for picking up 2 more Buckeyes. They will fit in and fill some of the voids. One thing is for certain when you get a Tressell player is that when they come out of college, they know how to play the game.

Sh.it a normal post from you. Can I expect more of the same in the future? Either way there have been a fair amount of skeptics regarding our draft but it's definitely a mixed bag from various media outlets. Foxsports I believe it was graded our drafts the same at B+'s and Colbert went on the record by saying that they "followed their draft board to a T" so I can't really complain. Getting Dwyer in the 6th was huge and contrary to the popular belief of a few he fell because he tested positive for something the league deems illegal but it was for one of his prescriptions. I don't think his weight will be an issue, seeing as it wasn't in college based on his producation. Worthington in the last round was nice. I don't know a ton about Gibson because he was only a one year starter.

His failed drug test wasn't a problem and his agent let all 32 teams and the league know by sending all of them his medical files from the doctor. The league cleared him and nothing else on his test raised any suspicion. I don't think that was a factor in why he fell; I don't know why he fell but he was well worth taking in the 6th round.

3rd not 4th.

and realistically we're all gonna beat up each other pretty good this year, every team for themselves.

Not sure You guys will be Competitive till next year.... Not pushovers but not making any kind of run. Us ??? Who knows depends how the Ben`less Spell plays out. If we can win a game of 2 more than we lose while he is out , it could be an interesting year. And Ben will have to get "In Rhythm" upon returning. So maybe your right and we will both be also rans. I have higher hopes but not sure.
