I would still like to keep him....though perhaps it is time for him to move on.....as long as Browns get good viable talent to replace him. That is what Starks basically was. Yes, he's outperformed his draft pick position - but he's no longer performing at the level his salary demands. I might resign him - for the veteran minimum. Im working on that right now.....a whole "run defense" break down.....and will post it soon..... But, I will hint that there are no good numbers associated with Rubins performance this year.....
