Actually, I don't have any NFL Free Agency Trivia question specifically in this set....some basic football. But there are a few NCAA Final Four questions. See what you can do:

1. Only 3 teams in history have made more postseason appearances than the Browns. Name the three teams.

2. Since 1970 which 3 teams are tied for having won the most Conference Championships?

3. What does this list represent: Elgie Tobin, Guy Chamberlain, Roy Andrews, Jimmy Conzelman?

4. What were the most points scored in an NFL Championship Game....Super Bowl or otherwise?

5. What was the last NFL team to fold?

6. What are the only 3 cities that currently have professional sports teams in the Big Four (NFL/MLB/NBA/NHL) to have gone longer without winning a championship in any sport than Cleveland?

7. Which 5 schools have reached the NCAA Final Four the most times?

8. Three schools are tied with losing the most NCAA Basketball Championship games with 6 each. Name these 3 schools.

9. Three schools are making their very first NCAA Tournament appearance this year (Div. I). Name these schools.

10.A. Which Super Bowl QB matchup had the highest combined Draft position total for its starting QBs? (example, the two SBs that matched Eli Manning and Tom Brady had a 1+199=200 total--which had the highest total)?

B. Which SB QB matchup had the lowest combined total?

Note: for the above questions, ignore any matchups that included Kurt Warner or Jake Delhomme who were undrafted.

11. Two Super Bowl winning Quarterbacks in history were drafted in a lower position than Tom Brady's #199. Name them.

Again, for this, ignore Kurt Warner.

12. A. Name those Quarterbacks who were drafted #1 overall....in any draft, that won a Super Bowl. (note: 8 names)

B. Name the ONLY QB who was drafted #1 overall who appeared in a Super Bowl, but never won a Super Bowl.

None of you feckless fuckers even tried this, which has been up all week.

Answers

1. Only 3 teams in history have made more postseason appearances than the Browns. Name the three teams.

The Cowboys and Giants have made 31 postseason appearances. The Packers 30.

The Browns and Steelers are next with 28 each.

2. Since 1970 which 3 teams are tied for having won the most Conference Championships?

You just have to count Super Bowl appearances: Cowboys, Patriots, Steelers, 8 each.

3. What does this list represent: Elgie Tobin, Guy Chamberlain, Roy Andrews, Jimmy Conzelman?

They are the HCs of defunct NFL Champs....Tobin--Akron Pros, Chamberlain--both the Canton Bulldogs and the Frankford Yellow Jackets, Andrews--The Cleveland Bulldogs, and Conzellman--The Providence Steam Roller

4. What were the most points scored in an NFL Championship Game....Super Bowl or otherwise?

73 points.....by the Bears in 1940 in a 73-0 win over the Redskins. The 73 points is the most ever scored by a team in an NFL game....regular or postseason.

5. What was the last NFL team to fold?

The Dallas Texans 1952....the year I was born. I brought prosperity to the NFL obviously.

6. What are the only 3 cities that currently have professional sports teams in the Big Four (NFL/MLB/NBA/NHL) to have gone longer without winning a championship in any sport than Cleveland?

Vancouver....no titles since 1915.....100 years (Canucks had a 3-2 lead in the Stanley Cup..just a couple of years ago...but fucked up and lost)

Ottawa....no titles since 1927.....Ottawa Senators came close with a 1990s NHL Finals appearance.

San Diego....no titles since Chargers won the AFL in 1963.

7. Which 5 schools have reached the NCAA Final Four the most times?

The fucking blue bloods that I am bored with: UNC 18, UCLA 17, Kentucky 16, Duke 15, Kansas 14. Fuck them all, I hope they all lose....but, they are all still in the hunt

(FYI, next on the list is Ohio St. with 11 and Louisville with 10)

8. Three schools are tied with losing the most NCAA Basketball Championship games with 6 each. Name these 3 schools.

Kansas, Duke, and Michigan. (Ky., Ohio St. and UNC have lost 4 each)

9. Three schools are making their very first NCAA Tournament appearance this year (Div. I). Name these schools.

Buffalo, UC Irvine, and North Florida.

10.A. Which Super Bowl QB matchup had the highest combined Draft position total for its starting QBs? (example, the two SBs that matched Eli Manning and Tom Brady had a 1+199=200 total--which had the highest total)?

Super Bowl #2 matched up a #200 pick....Bart Starr, with a #188 pick, Daryl Lamonica.....for a total of 388 players picked before both of those Super Bowl starting QBs.

(second most was the 2002 SB which matched #227 Brad Johnson vs. #98 Rich Gannon....total of 325.

(this last SB matching #199 Brady vs. #75 Wilson is high on the list...274 total)

B. Which SB QB matchup had the lowest combined total?

Super Bowl #5 matched #2 overall pick Earl Morrall against #5 pick Craig Morton.....for a total of just 7

(runnerup was the Elway #1 vs. Simms #7 SB....total of 8)

Noted above: Bart Starr #200 and Brad Johnson #227

(but also, Super Bowl losing QBs David Woodley #214 and Joe Kapp #209 were also drafted lower than Brady....and there were Kurt Warner and Jake Delhomme, both undrafted)

12. A. Name those Quarterbacks who were drafted #1 overall....in any draft, that won a Super Bowl. (note: 8 names)

#1 AFL pick Joe Namath. #1 1984 Supplemental draft pick Steve Young. And #1 regular NFL draft picks Bradshaw, Plunkett, Aikman, Elway, both Peyton and Eli Manning.

B. Name the ONLY QB who was drafted #1 overall who appeared in a Super Bowl, but never won a Super Bowl.

Drew Bledsoe
