Tailgate Vs Bar Pregame

I have a group of 5 Canadians heading into town Saturday night most likely hit some bars and wake up with a hangover. The game time is pushed back to 4pm. The question is tailgate or bar. i see Divebar has some all you can drink from 1-3. We would rather hit a tailgate but have no vehicle and are not standing in the rain. Our thoughts were to grab a bunch of beer and food jump in a cab and find a tailgate. First time to Cleveland for all so we're not sure where to start. I read Muni is the wild spot, the Pit. We really don't care where. Calling for a chance of rain, anybody with suggestions ?

Just go to this tailagate spot, have a few brews or shooters and walk to the stadium all else is dumb

now see i'm just the opposite. i'd go to the tailgate, meet everyone have free drinks then go to a bar with huge HDTVs so i could actually see the game w/o waiting to piss, paying way too much for warm draft beer and end up spending money on foam fingers that will end up in the garbage can or used to wipe up puke.
