So really, it wasn't addressed to you. I would take exception with calling these a few exceptions to the rule, however. A Gallup Poll shows that while veterans skew Republican, the margin is only 5%. http://www.gallup.com/poll/118684/military-veterans-ages-tend-republican.aspx Of course Negroes are over represented in the armed forces so that accounts for a lot of Democrat votes. And they voted for Obama by 98 percent if I recall correctly. You doubt that? But yes I'm sure there are some Democrats in service.(might guess that they are not the fringe left of the party but that's only a guess.)
