Well, it's pretty much what we thought. The good news is, we have four games left to see what he's got, and our receivers are healthy. The bad news is...well...I don't have time to write all of the bad news.

Well, at least we're going to see if he sucks as bad as I think he does...... The over under on injury is 3 quarters I believe.

This just seems like a strange do-over that started in week 1, well maybe TV viewership and ticket sales might be up in Cleveland with fans just wondering what will happen.

But it will be cold and miserable out too to keep some away.

Regarding ticket sales, I doubt it. With bad weather, I'm expecting a near record sparse crowd. Bungle fans won't make the trip, they've already mailed in the season.

Before the Bengals ripped the Eagles a new bellybutton, I was kind of thinking this game would be the Browns' best chance of winning a game. After watching (and enjoying!) Dalton make amazing deep pass after another, I think we're completely screwed. Don't forget, we lost our starting safety Derrick Kindred to a broken ankle (naturally). The sad thing about that is, we actually appeared to get a handle on balls going over our heads...something that plagued us. I'm not sure who the replacement will be, but it won't be good. Believe me when I say that Dalton threw some INCREDIBLE passes last week, and his confidence will be sky high. I'm not sure what the weather will be like, but I would assume it will be awful. I don't see us scoring many points, and it could be a 13-3 Bengals win. We're obviously not going to run the ball effectively, and RG III has never been a great short-intermediate thrower.

Unfortunately, I don't see this game has being very fun. I drastically hope I'm wrong.

Interesting breakdown of RG's Week 1 effort...

Note in first gif that Devalve (I think it's #87) breaks wide open on the sideline when inexplicably the up defender chose to "jam" an ineligible player at the LOS. As a QB you have to see this. Meanwhile Corey, the article's focus on the play, also came "open", but the throw to his route was taking him into a guaranteed big hit.

He's going to be "field rusty". I expect deep balls to TP... some of the jump ball variety... but I still feel designed rolls and bootlegs off PA to simplify things for him are essential.

AND read-option runs and passes have to be in the game plan. Give him the chance to be his 2012 self... only smarter when it comes to self-preservation.

Great post! Ironically, the two missed TD to Hawkins are the passes Cody excels at. LOL.

I saw the same thing Tour. He had the guy on the left sideline open by 10 yards for a touchdown, and instead throws to Coleman who's triple covered. Poor accuracy too. Not to mention hanging his receivers out to dry. He plays like that, hello 0-13.

Bottom level end zone tickets are going for $15-20...browns sideline section 135-ish for $50....yea it's going to be pretty desolate there.

They should offer 50 cent beers.

Bet those Highway 2 seats are going for the price of a snow cone.

What are the odds in Vegas that RG3 lasts 4 quarters without getting injured?

Vegas I didn't see that but try Great Britain they bet on anything living or dead....hey where's London Brown maybe he could check that out.

On a slightly serious note the chances for win #1 are diminishing but Cincinnati in cold Cleveland might be it.....and then a parade

mjp... you're the odds guy lately here... Can you explain the new (to me anyway) way that odds are posted these days?

I'm used to 3:2, 50:1, etc... but now everything is +105 and +2000 and +50 with the occasional -5 or -15.

50 cent beers? The Tribe tried something similar with 10 cent beer night. As I recall there was a forfeit and a riot. And the Tribe had sucked for a long time too. Other than the rangers, everybody had fun.

If the Browns threw A 50 cent beer game wow! That might be just what it takes to change the culture. I'm in
