What the fuck is Hetch Hetchy. Why does it have anything to do with San Fuckcisco? And what does 167 have to do with any of it? I mean, if you want history, and football is boring as fuck right now, here is an opportunity to learn something cool. At least in my world, it's cool. Hetch Hetchy is the name of a river valley and reservoir that provides water to San Fran areas. It is up near Yosemite. I have no clue what 167 has to do with it....
