  1. 0 turnovers on offense. 5 turnovers on defense. 3 sacks by the d-line. Beckham looked, dare I say, good today. Chubb took care of business per usual. Coach didn’t abandon the gameplan of running after getting down (and having two 3 and outs). ^Many statements I haven’t been able to say about a Browns team in a long time.
  2. 8/12 with one missed XP. Not to mention he had a two below 80% FG pct years after that in random years. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/D/dawsophi01.htm I think they gave up on both Gonzalez and Seibert too quickly. Kicking in the NFL is a completely different animal to kicking in college.
  3. Zane Gonzalez also went 31-35 last year with only one missed XP. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/G/GonzZa00.htm Kickers are about as fickle as relievers in baseball.
  4. Would renaming the Cleveland Indians to the Cleveland Tribe be an option? They are already called the Tribe as a nickname quite often. Not entirely sure if this would be considered less offensive. At a minimum, it sounds better than Indians.
  5. Yeah the A’s notorious for this. They can’t afford to be locked down to underperforming contracts because they are a small market team. Like this for the Browns. Gives them the opportunity to not overreach for need in the draft and take BPA. Also, they can possibly strike gold on a player or two. It seems this off-season they have been taking underperforming former high round picks.
  6. Guessing the Browns FO doesn’t want Landry lining up fielding punts this coming season.
  7. I honestly think that him making an ass out of himself during his rookie year is the best thing that could have happened for his career. A lot of times people need to fail at something before they become truly great at it. It still remains to be seen if he has the skill set for the NFL. Hopefully he pans out, but I think he can be adequate enough to take the job from McCown.
  8. I'm not sure if people realize this, but Skip Bayless's job is to be a troll. He says things so people will get a big reaction out of it all the time. He basically just says shit to make people freak out. If people just would have ignored his ass when he first got a job he wouldn't even be relevant on ESPN. The more crazy you put on TV the more people will watch. Not to mention ESPN wants everyone to hear Manziel, Tebow, Lebron, SEC, etc. drama because it gets ratings.
  9. Alright thanks for clearing that up, honestly don't know much about the rivalry. I'm way more into professional football in recent years. I get sick of watching the read option crap all the time in College.
  10. Not saying all, just saying there's definitely a couple.
  11. I have a strong feeling a lot of these A&M fans used to be huge Texas fans when Vince Young and Colt McCoy were there because A&M has been dogshit for most of the 2000s before Manziel and Sumlin arrived.
  12. All four locations in the greater Los Angeles area haha
  13. Sounds like a gay bar, Manziel is much cuter than Hoyer...
  14. At this point it is whether the coaching staff thinks the mistakes Hoyer have been making are worse than the mistakes Manziel will make (which he undoubtedly will, can't deny that one JFF fanboys). Hoyer has put Pettine in an absolutely awful situation with his recent play though. Glad the decision isn't on me.
  15. That's a joke right? RGIII has an absolute cannon.
