Where is the Tribe's pitching, where is it? We just gave up 13 runs to a team that has been shutout for 24 straight innings during this brand new season. Our bullpen is just that BULL...where is the go to guy this season? Betancourt is good but if a starter only goes 6 innings (and with CC pitching like he is that is a long shot) he isn't gonna pitch the other three. Westbrook, and Cliff Lee are giving us great outings night in and night out...and they aren't getting any help. Carmona and Byrd are pitching well but they aren't getting help and our Ace looks like Sowers did last year...and don't even get me started on last season's save leader Joe Borowski.

The only idea that I have right now is bring up Sowers, Laffey and any other decent minor league pitcher we have and put them in the bullpen because Borowski, Julio and Lewis just aren't cutting it for me. I know it's early but it's time for us to fish or cut bait. I swear it's almost like I am watching the Reds from last season, all starting pitching and no bullpen no lead is safe.

But then again what do I know.

CC is playing like a softball pitcher. He is givin up alot of runs. The fact is that even at 44 Randy Johnson could outpitch CC any day of the week.. ( He pitched game 6 of the 2001 World Series,then pitched 2 more the next night). Curt Schilling pitched games 1-4-7 of that same series winning 2 losing one on Kim's late inning collapse..lol.. So I do not want to hear about being tired..

It is a long season. As frustrating as it is, you have to wait it out a while longer before you need to start getting to worried.

It is like my fantasy baseball team.....most of my guys are slumping a bit, but overall they are decent players and I just have to hope they shake out of it
