This has nothing to do with the browns or football but I think its worth reading.

I guess he doesn't realize that killing yourself and a bunch of other people gets you sent to hell, not heaven. People are getting wierder and wierder today. It's kinda scary.

maybe someone should have told him you can't kill whats already dead.

We're dealing with an elevator that does not hit the top floors, and you guys are wondering why he thought what he did?

Kid had his plot all wrong. He needed to have a near death experience to get into heaven then get back out in time after the detonator goes off. Of course thats if internal affairs doesn't muck up his case.....

Anyone who thinks Christianity is about following a bunch of rules to get you into heaven is clueless about Christianity. However, that is what most people think. The problem is that most people spend more time researching their next car purchase than finding out about the gift that is Jesus Christ. Ask yourself.. how much time have you personally invested? Or are you just listening to what someone else tells you.

Dude are you serious? The kid wanted to kill people with a bomb, and himself, so he could get to Heaven and kill the Son of God.

As if you do have a true concept of who God and Christ are? And that's assuming they are actually real. The only "concepts" you may think you have are merely recitations of dogma that has been politically manipulated over a couple thousand years which was "originally" based on a bunch of stories only finally "recorded" several decades after Jesus Christ was actually living. How well do you remember details and quotes of what people said 40, 50, 60+ years ago? Throw into that mix the multitude of translations those stories have went through, and your concepts of God and Christ don't seem so solid. Again, that is assuming God and Christ are actually real.

I typically serve me, myself and I. There are people all around the world - most of them Muslim - that are poor, in need of food and medical assistance - that your Lord and Savior can help.

Religion is a piss poor way to feed and cloth and medicate the poor. So is government, but that doesn't mean the battle is between religion and government.

If he was doing it over and over again, I would understand the tone people took with him. If this was a thread on football, I would understand your complaint about this being a football message board. But neither is the case, so I dont see the issue, just some hypersensitive people.

Oh, and I seriously doubt there is anyone on Earth that really "couldnt be happier or more satisfied".

A site extermely important in the history of the Jews & their religion. Certainly open for "tampering" as you suggest the Bible is/was.

The battle/standoff took place about 30 years after Jesus (66- 70ish CE) and the only written account of it was by a Jewish man Josephus Flavius (born Josephus ben Matityahu), who was alive at the time of the revolt/ battle(s) and became a Roman citizen and respected historian.

Right now, they are busy using archaeology, forensics, and other silly science "dogma" proving Josephus' account of it.

But then again, historians could have waited only 30 years after Jesus died to start telling the truth.
