Quinn pole-slobberers and Anderson pole-slobberers are both cut from the same cloth. They simply chose a different libidinal object.

Wow...that would make LeBron quite a sellout in my opinion.

I can't see him playing overseas. He's too obsessed with his NBA legacy. And if you've watched the olympic exhibition games, you'd see that he's pretty damn patriotic too.

(A cousin of mine knows LeBron's main bodyguard, his main dude. And I guess that guy said that theres no chance LeBron even leaves Cleveland. He LOVES being the man in Ohio.)

I could see Kobe defecting ... he's European to some degree anyhow.

I can't see LeBron removing himself out of the US limelight. He may try to get marketed more gloabally, but not play there.

I never really thought a Euro team would spend that kind of crazy money to get a LeBron or a Kobe. That game over there is such a team game that it's almost like spending so much money on one player would sort of contradict that I would think.

Obviously they're the best players in the world but i could see these individual players who are used to NBA individual play sort of messing up chemistry.

I know it's a crazy though to think they wouldn't be interested, and I know they've already proven they would be, but it's just a thought.

I'd be interested to see one of these guys try to blend into that team game over there with their massive egos, to say the least.

Just saw a scroll on ESPN that Janero Pargo signed with some Russian team.

I don't get it.

I read today in a little foot note in the PD that SHawn Kemp just signed with a team in Italy.

I shit you not ... honest. He's like 39 years old. Didn't list a weight or how many kids he has by now.

Sporting News staff reports

Shawn Kemp is making a comeback ... in Italy, the team Premiata Montegranaro announced.

"I am happy that a player that has made basketball history would come to Montegranaro," coach Alessandro Finelli told ESPN.com.

Kemp is a six-time NBA All-Star who last played in the league in 2002-03. He is 38 and has tried to come back to the NBA, working out with several teams but not sticking on any roster.

"He is very motivated," Finelli said. "And he has been staying in shape to show up at our camp in good shape."
