Well Dennis, I've got to disagree here. I would never take any of my squaling infants into the type restaurant where you could actually make the argument that a meal could be ruined. However, in the type of restaurant where 99.9% of said infants make appearances, I think the competition between pieces of flair, 60 yr-old tricycles stapled to the ceiling, every street sign imaginable, and that particular establishment's horrendus rendition of a "Happy Birthday" orginal arrangement, stifles any screaming kid I've ever heard.
