While living in the Metro DC area the problem was horrible. Hispanic illegal's standing by the local 7/11 (at least 60 of them) every morning. Harassing the ladies as they walked by (on the other side of the street). Drinking beer and peeing in the bushes in broad daylight. They also bring there Hispanic gangs. Gang signs graffiti all over the walls. This is in an area where per capita income is over $60,000. The local police were finally going to start (supposedly) cracking down when I left. I hope that doesn't happen here in the Greater Cleveland area, although I have been told the problem is getting bad in the Mentor/Painsville area.

when they would do the crime rate via race they use to have it done hispanic, white, african american etc.
