I knew we were playing all of those teams, but seeing it lined up...WOW. That is a brutal schedule. It seems like a bad thing when your easiest 4 week stretch includes the Super Bowl champions. Here's hoping the Ratbirds and Bungles continue their decline...

Great TV schedule though. Besides the 5 night games, we are probably the national game in weeks 1, 13, and 17, and a handful of other games could be televised depending on how well we play.

I was wondering if the Browns-Bills would be played in Toronto so I checked it out.

Browns-Bills will be in Buffalo.

The Bills will play the Dolphins in Toronto.

What a brutal schedule... I suppose it time to prove if we are just hype from an easy 07 schedule or a real contender.

Right now it looks like I will be up for the Cowboys,Steelers,Giants,Ravens, and maybe Cincy.

Looking forward to the Steelers. The tribe plays KC that weekend.

Sat night Indians game, Sunday afternoon Indians game, wander to the lot for 2-3 hours of tailgate and then see the Browns.

A perfect weekend.

The best part of the schedule is that most of the tough matchups are at home. And the Browns have a 7 game home winning streak. It is reasonable to assume that the Browns can hold their own with any team in the NFL at home.

They only won 3 games on the road last year though. The upgrades on the d-line should help a lot with the consistency of play on the road. If the Browns can stop the run this year, they can be a very very good team. Even on the road.

In my opinion, the toughest looking game of the year is @JAX.

Nope. Your toughest game of the year is that last game against Pittsburgh.

That game may be for the division championship, on the road in a place that you have lost everytime you have played there in the last 3 or 4 years, against a team you have lost to every time you play them (with the possible exception of the first game of this year). That game will probably have a rivalry feel that hasn't been there since the 70's. Also, it is the LAST GAME. Both teams will be worn out, tired from the long season.

I can't WAIT for that game... I am already pumped for it! Those other games will be tough, but I think that game will see more brutality and straight up hatred than any game either team has played in YEARS.

Thank you Browns for making this game fun again!!

According to ESPN, the Stoolers have the hardest schedule. Based on last season's win percentages.

Yep..

If I remember right, your schedule is something like the 7th hardest.

So neither team will slide into the playoffs this year. It will be hard fought.

Heck, I STILL would love it if three of the four teams from our division made it in.

I keep saying, I want the AFCN to be the MOST FEARED DIVISION.

Prior to last year we thought we had a tough schedule too and many of the teams that were supposed to be tough fell on their faces. So you really do not know.

Injuries, depleted skills, bad coaching, and just the general decline of some teams happen just as fast as we climbed up a rung.

I expect the defense will go from SUCKS to at least average with a defensive line so DA will not be forced to put up 30+ just to get us in striking distance of a win.

Yeah it looks tough; But so what. If you want to go to the Superbowl you have to play the best. we might as well play some contenders during the season to get some big time game experience for the young guys. It's time to put up or shut up. Period.

Do I dare attend the home opener again this year? We haven't lost at home since I left Cleveland after the debacle last season.
