This will NOT be our traditional Tailgate Party. Ed will not be in-town for this game and we usually do not have a tailgate party for the last game.

However, let's see what kind of interest we have before determining to scrap this tailgate and meet at a bar or go through with it on a BYO basis, or perhaps Don, myself & Guardian can throw something together on a smaller scale.

I'm game for anything.

Don't know if I will make it up but if I do not my bro will definately be there with someone else. I love the tailgates! Nice crowd of people, cheap drinks. $15 all you can drink for your whole vehicle. No waiting. Can't beat that. At the bar you have to sit a wait for a drink. Although last year we did have fun at the Blind Pig. The Miller light girls (Hotties) were there taking pictures and giving away stuff. Either way! Guess the weather might play a role too. If it is 45-50 for some reason I say tailgating would be the way to go.

I'm game for tailgating.

Sounds like Ballpeen is in too. We should be able to sip some soup and do some light grilling for those that want to come in. I can bring down my charcoal grill, the fire pit, tables, etc ..

I'll also bring;
-Plates
-Cups (I may not have enough on-hand though)
-Cooking utensils
-Vodka
-Cooler space
-Fire pit (not sure how much wood I brought home, but should have the crooked-trunk christmas tree from hell to burn by then ... already fell once)
-Tent (if need be, but not if windy)

Well guys.......it's the last one of the season. Although I couldn't make it out for one this year i've already talked with some friends and meeting up with all of you next year for a tailgate has to be one of the top priorities for 2008.

Have a good one........

Stan........good luck with your corn game ........lol

I can definitely be there if something goes on. Not sure if I'm gonna try to keep the streak going on the game since it doesn't mean anything, but I'll be at the tailgate. Though maybe if I go in it'll send some bad luck to the Titans, heh.

I'm in for sure Stan. May even beat the customary 10:30AM arrival. Smile Hmmm... Grill? I can think of something special.

I will swing by with my son.

We will eat before hand, so cooking isn't necessary from my standpoint....We will probably walk to the lot, so I will have a 6 pack of beer or something(Lynchburg lemonade is better in the warmer months!)...so I will take you up on the use of a cup.

If I had a vote, just a laid back drinking of beer party is good enough for me this go....save the lugging of equipment to the times your hands wont freeze to the equipment.

We will probably wander in around 9 or so......Chris likes to go to the stadium a little early, so will probably wander out around 11 or so.

See you Sunday.

Go Browns!

Looks like a veritable heat wave for sunday!! Cloudy with a high of 38.

I'm thinking 'Hot Toddy' (Brandy, honey, lemon and tea mixture) and Hot veggie beef soup w/ fresh baked bread for dippin.

We just had four more confirm through e-mail and possibly two others.

That's 17-19 so far ...

Guardian, do you need me to pick up bowls & spoons for your soup, or can you bring them?

I'll probably call you tonight or tomorrow.
